We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Rad Swim pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please ensure your items are free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
